Chief Executive Officer
Garon joined MSI in 1995 and became an owner in 2003. Prior to his appointment in 2000 as the Vice President of Community Management, he was a Director of Community Management. He graduated from Southwest Missouri State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. As Chief Executive Officer, Garon oversees all the operations of the Community Management Division and the day to day operations.
Chief Financial Officer/Corporate VP/ Treasurer/Director of Accounting Serivces
Patricia has been with MSI since 1986 and has been an owner since 1992. Prior to being hired by MSI, Patricia was a Loan Processor, New Accounts Secretary and Bookkeeper for a local bank. Patricia attended New Mexico State and Metro State. As Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, Patty oversees all financial operations.
President
John has been with MSI since 1992. He has served in the role of Community Manager and Director of Marketing prior to his promotion to Vice President of Community Development in 2000. John became an owner of the company in 2003. John graduated from the University of Colorado in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. John is responsible for the company’s marketing outreach program, acquisition of new clients and community development consulting.
Director of Community Management, Westminster Office
Ray joined MSI in February of 1999 as a Community Manager, and since arriving, has been working to protect and further relationships with numerous premier communities. Ray was promoted to Director of Community Management in spring 2001 and continues to foster strong relationships between communities, Board members, homeowners, and MSI staff. Ray also likes to spend time with his family, read, organize MSI sports pools, commission fantasy football leagues, and follow and watch sporting activities.
Director of Community Management, Windsor Office
Kathleen joined MSI in February 2001 as a Community Manager. Prior to joining the MSI team, Kathleen spent eight years managing apartment home communities on the east coast. Kathleen’s background also includes a degree in Chef Training and nine years of Restaurant and Executive Dining Management. In September of 2002, Kathleen was promoted to Director of Community Management at the MSI Loveland Office. In addition, Kathleen added the industry designation of CMCA to her list of achievements.
Director of Community Management, Colorado Springs
Trina joined MSI in 2011 as a Community Manager for a large-scale community. Prior to being hired by MSI, Trina worked in retail management, which entailed running multi-million-dollar retail stores. Her extensive experience in the customer service industry, has translated well to the MSI culture of superior customer service to HOA Boards and homeowners. In September 2017, she was promoted to Director of Community Management for the Colorado Springs branch office. To stay in tune with the fluid nature of the industry, Trina is an active member of the Southern Colorado Chapter of CAI, and was recently elected to the Board of Directors.
Director of Community Management, Centennial Office
Meghan Blanchette joined MSI as an administrative assistant in 2008 at the Broomfield office. From there she moved to the IT department within MSI, became a Community Manager in the Windsor office in 2013 and was just recently promoted to a Director of Community Management in the Centennial office in November of 2018. In 2018 she became a member of the On Call team at MSI and also volunteers within her own community. She enjoys traveling with her husband, playing with her three dogs, is a bit of a foodie and tries to make it to at least one Avalanche game each season.

Ginger joined MSI in November of 2005 as a Community Manager. Prior to joining the MSI team, Ginger spent six years with American Family Insurance as a licensed Insurance Producer in the State of Colorado. Ginger has served on the MSI Volunteer Committee for the last nine years and has been the Committee Co-Chair for the last three years. In November of 2018, Ginger was promoted to Director of Community Management at the MSI Westminster Office. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, her two dogs, and her cat Larry.

Kellee joined MSI in June 2009 in the accounts receivable department, and was then promoted to Community Manager in 2010.. Prior to joining the MSI team, Kellee spent five years with Hometown America where she was an on-site Community/Sales Manager. Kellee has served on many committees and been the Chair of the MSI On-call team for 5 years. In November of 2018, Kellee was promoted to Director of Community Management at the MSI Westminster Office. She enjoys time with her husband, 3 sons and 3 dogs. She volunteers as Vice president of her sons football league and enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, and football.
Director of Community Management, Centennial Office
Leona joined MSI in April 2021 as a Community Manager. Prior to joining the MSI team, Leona spent majority of her working career in customer service in one form or another, including a Banker and an Eye Safety Specialist. Leona also has a BA in Business Administration and a BA in Accounting. In November of 2022 Leona was promoted to Director of Community Management at the Centennial Office. Leona is currently working on adding the designation of CMCA to her list of achievements.

Lauren joined MSI in April of 2021 as a Community Manager. Prior to joining the MSI team, Lauren spent majority of her working career in customer service, to include 7 years in the workers compensation field. In November of 2022, Lauren was promoted to Director of Community Management at the MSI Centennial Office. Lauren is currently working on adding the designation of CMCA to her list of achievements.
Assistant Chief Financial Officer
Monica is one of MSI’s veteran employees, joining the company in 1988. Monica served as an accounting technician for several years and was eventually promoted to Assistant Director of Accounting. In 1998 Monica’s focus turned to maintaining MSI’s internal accounting records. Monica was promoted in 2001 to Assistant Chief Financial Officer and continues her focus on MSI internal accounting and human resource needs.
Vice President of Service & Support
Glenn joined MSI in 1996 as a Community Manager and was promoted to Director of Community Management in 1997. He temporarily left MSI to teach English and Cultural Understanding in Japan from 2001 to 2004. Since returning to MSI in August of 2004, Glenn has served as the Director of Service & Support, with promotion to Vice President of Service & Support in 2006. Glenn graduated from the University of Colorado in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs.
He is responsible for all service and support supplied by MSI, which includes the Administrative Work Room, Reception, Information Systems, and Community Management Support .
Vice President of Community Management
Deneen joined MSI in November 2004 as a Community Manager. Prior to joining the MSI team, Deneen spent ten years with Target Stores where she held many positions, including Store Manager and Buyer. Deneen’s background also includes a BA–emphasis in Criminal Justice and Business. In April of 2007, Deneen was promoted to Director of Community Management at the MSI Broomfield Office. Deneen has added the designation of CMCA to her list of achievements. She is a family lady: married with three stepsons and two lab dogs.
Director of Accounts Receivable
Jennifer has been with MSI since May 1999 although she worked previously for the company from 1992 to 1996 as an Accounting Technician. She is a 1992 graduate of Barnes Business College. Between her work with MSI, Jennifer was an Accounts Receivable Clerk for Nations Way Transport Company.
As Assistant Director, Jennifer assists the Director of Accounting in overall operations of the Accounting Department.
Training & Quality Coordinator
Holly has been with MSI eight years and has contributed to the company’s success both as a Community Manager and as the Quality/Training Coordinator. She takes pride in serving her communities to the best of her abilities. Holly enjoys training all new Community Managers to MSI as well as Board Members in the communities that MSI serves. Holly brings a strong background in finance as well as management experience with MSI.
Director of Human Resources
Christina B. possesses over 8 years of human resources experience in public, government contracted, and union environments. Prior to joining MSI, LLC, Christina has held human resources generalist roles for WSP|Parsons Brinckerhoff and Aegis Communications Group, LLC, where she was responsible for developing and implementing on-boarding, job analysis, handbook development, employee retention, benefits/leave management and employee relations policies and strategies.
Christina earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Exercise and Science from West Texas A&M University and a MBA in Human Resource Management from Colorado Technical University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Director of Database Management
Diana has been with MSI since 1990 and has been Director of Database Management since 1998. As Director of Information Database Management, Diana is responsible for overseeing data entry ,as well as overseeing the creation of records for new clients, processing annexations, and coordinating the maintenance and expansion of the existing computer system.
Director of Administrative Services
Traci joined MSI in June 2008 as an Accounts Payable Technician. While completing a full schedule in the Accounting Department, Traci also assisted with the monthly MSI Billing, Association Taxes and Audits. She was promoted to Director of Administrative Services in August 2010. Traci graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Writing. She also studied Leadership and Development at Colorado Mountain College in 2001 and 2002.
Traci is responsible for the Service division of MSI, which includes the Administrative Workroom and Receptionist Team. She also facilitates the records transfer for all incoming and outgoing Associations.
